A). ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Online application does not qualify the candidate for selection.
B). ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ದೇಹ ದಾರ್ಢ್ಯತೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾನದಂಡವು ತಮಗೆ ಇರುವ ಕುರಿತು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.

C). ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಅಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ/ಅಪೂರ್ಣ/ತಪ್ಪು ಅಥವಾ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳೇ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನೇರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ/ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ/ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ಆದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಓದಿ, ಅರ್ಥೈಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
Candidates shall be directly and fully responsible for any unclear/incomplete/incorrect or false information provided by the candidate while filling the application. Candidates will not be allowed to change/edit the information/details provided in the online application at any stage. Therefore, candidates should read and understand all the points mentioned in this notification properly while filling the online application and fill the application properly.
D). ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
Application fee is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.
E). ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ತರಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೆ, ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ, ಮುಂದಿನ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಿಂದ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು .
If any candidate brings/attempts to bring external pressure regarding his/her selection, such candidate's candidature will be cancelled and he/she will be disqualified from further selection process.
F). ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸ್ಪದವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
There will be no correspondence with the Department regarding direct recruitment selection process.
G). ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ/ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಸಂಬಂಧ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುವ ದಿನಾಂಕಗಳಂದು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಗೈರುಹಾಜರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿತ್ವವು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಚಾಲಿತವಾಗಿ ರದ್ದಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
The candidature of the candidate shall be automatically cancelled if the candidate is absent on the dates fixed by the selection authority/recruiting authority for the direct recruitment process. No correspondence will be allowed in this regard.
H). ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇ-ಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳುವವರೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತೆ ನಿಗಾವಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
The candidate should keep the mobile number and e-mail id provided while applying online till the recruitment process is completed.
I). ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿಸಲಾದ ವೃತ್ತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ವೃತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

  1. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಓದಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದು
    Applicants must read the Notification & Online Instructions carefully to know the eligibility criteria and other requirement for filling 'Online Application'.
  2. ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಂತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನರ್ಹವೆಂದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಬಹುದು.
    Application submitted through On-Line does not imply that candidate has fulfilled all the criteria given in the Notification and Application is subject to subsequent scrutiny and the application can be rejected if found to be ineligible at any point of time.
  3. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂತ-ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ನೋಡಿ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ

ಮೂಲಭೂತ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅಂದರೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೆಸರು, ತಂದೆಯ ಹೆಸರು, ತಾಯಿಯ ಹೆಸರು, ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಇ-ಮೇಲ್ ವಿಳಾಸ, ಆಧಾರ್‌ನಂಬರ್, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ.
Fill up the basic details viz. Full Name of the Candidate, Father’s name, Mother's Name, Date of Birth, Mobile No, E-mail Address, Aadhar Number, etc.,

ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಗಿನ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಐಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಸ್‌ವರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲು ಹಂತ-ಹಂತದ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ.

Candidates who have already Registered but have lost / forgot their Registration Id / Password can click on 'Forgot Registration ID / Password' Button and fill up the details to display their Registration ID / Password
Step 4:-
ನೋಂದಣಿ ಐಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಸ್‌ವರ್ಡ್ ಬಳಸಿ ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಮಾಡಿ. ಒಂದು-ಬಾರಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ. ನೋಂದಣಿ ಐಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಸ್‌ವರ್ಡ್ ಬಳಸಿ ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ.
Login using the generated Registration Id & Password. Fill the one time contact details.

ನೀವು (Apply) ಬಟನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ,ನೇರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮತಲ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ (ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ) ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳಂತಹ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಸಹಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಫೋಟೋವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ.
Click on the Apply Button to fill the respective application details like Educational Qualification, Horizontal & Vertical Reservations (As Applicable) etc., Upload Photograph with Signature and Upload required documents.
Step 6:-
ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ನೀವು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು 'Final Submit’ ಬಟನ್ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ.
You can modify any details in the application if required, else click on 'Final Submit' button to make your Payment and to get Application Preview.

'Final Submit' ಬಟನ್ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
Candidates will not be able to modify any details in their application after clicking on 'Final Submit' Button.
Step 8:-
ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಪ್ರಿಂಟ್ ಔಟ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು Application Preview ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ.
Finally click on Application Preview to take the print-out of the ONLINE application.
Step 9:-
ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು HOME ಬಟನ್ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಲು Logout ಬಟನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ.
Press Home button to view the submitted Applications. Else Click on Logout button anytime to close the application at any stage.
